1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements from Mama Ducks Store.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the contents of these general terms and conditions.
2. Offers and Agreements
2.1 All offers from Mama Ducks Store are without obligation and can be revoked at any time.
2.2 An agreement is concluded when an order confirmation has been sent to the customer to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
2.3 Mama Ducks Store reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
3. Prices and Payments
3.1 The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made in the manner indicated during the ordering process.
3.3 In the event of late payment, Mama Ducks Store is entitled to suspend or cancel the order.
4. Delivery
4.1 Mama Ducks Store strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. The delivery time is indicative and cannot lead to any right to compensation.
4.2 Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer.
4.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Mama Ducks Store until the moment of delivery to the customer or a representative designated in advance and made known to Mama Ducks Store, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
5.1 The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
5.2 During this period, the customer will handle the product and packaging with care. The product will only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess whether the customer wishes to keep the product.
5.3 If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging to Mama Ducks Store, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Mama Ducks Store.
6. Warranty and Complaints
6.1 Mama Ducks Store guarantees that the products to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can reasonably be imposed on them and are free of any defects.
6.2 If the delivered products do not meet expectations, the customer must inform Mama Ducks Store in writing as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days after discovering the defect.
6.3 Mama Ducks Store will handle complaints as quickly as possible, but within 14 days.
7.Privacy
7.1 Mama Ducks Store respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information the customer provides is treated confidentially.
7.2 Mama Ducks Store uses customer data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible.
8. Force majeure
8.1 Mama Ducks Store is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards the customer if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure.
8.2 Force majeure means any external cause, as well as any circumstance that should not reasonably be at its risk.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
9.1 All legal relationships to which Mama Ducks Store is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Disputes between Mama Ducks Store and the customer will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where Mama Ducks Store is located.
